Course Description:
This course covers fundamental topics in radio-frequency integrated circuits (RFIC) design including: basic concepts in RF design; receiver and transmitter architectures; matching circuits and designing these matching circuits using smith chart; low-noise amplifier(s); mixers; and power amplifiers.
